    A licensed Realtor with almost two decades of experience in the Caribbean and Coastal United States, Sam has had deep experience marketing and selling +150 homes from luxury villas on Anguilla in the Caribbean at what is now Four Seasons Anguilla, at the prestigious Montage Collection at Palmetto Bluff and representing clients throughout the Savannah Metro area. Originally from Dallas, Sam received his BBA from Baylor University in Waco, an MBA (Finance) from SMU in Dallas, and the PhD (Strategic Management) from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.

    Prior to real estate, Sam was an investment Banker in Texas advising clients in their issuance of over +200 bond issues and notes for capital improvements; later serving as an Associate Vice Provost of Purdue University and Founding Director of Purdue’s #1 ranked technology-ventures acceleration program. He has assisted new-venture companies across the spectrum of biotech, scientific-instrumentation, software development, transportation, aviation, construction and technology development. He served the Venture Club of Indiana, and small tech ventures as strategy consultant, board member and advisory board member. He was Founding CEO, President and Co-Founder of two technology-development companies in Indiana, while teaching Competitive Strategy, Advanced Managerial Finance, Leadership and Supervision, Technology Management and Entrepreneurship as Adjunct Professor at Purdue University and Indiana Wesleyan University. Sam can often be reasonably conversant in the business and technical fields of his clients, assisting them in identifying luxury homes that suit their lifestyles and professional priorities.

    Laurie has been actively representing Buyers and Sellers in the Savannah Metro area for five and a half years. She has earned designations of the Distinguished Sales Society, Military Relocation Professional in Georgia Real Estate and is Certified for Final Offer. The founder of and participant in a range of not-for-profit, social and charitable organizations, Laurie has a passion for caring for others that carries into her interest in and representation of her professional clients.

    As a native from Dallas, Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science, Education, from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Laurie also returned to school with graduate work in Leadership and Supervision at Purdue University, in West Lafayette, Indiana. At Purdue, Laurie served as graduate teaching assistant and adjunct instructor in the School of Technology (now Purdue Polytechnic) teaching several sections of Leadership and Supervision, and Effective Presentations, where she consistently received superior ratings from her university students.

    Relocating to Indianapolis, Indiana, to work alongside her CEO husband, Laurie was the principal financial administrator for a start-up technology-development company. There, she was responsible for tracking, documenting and preparing all financial reports for the firm’s partners and investors.

    For almost 6 years, Laurie and Sam lived and worked on the Carribean island of Anguilla, British West Indies. While Sam sold luxury resort villas at Viceroy Anguilla, now Four Seasons Resort, Laurie worked as a volunteer and learned extensively from a prominent island grower of organic produce. Growing, harvesting and delivering farm-to-table style to the Island’s restaurants and markets. Selling in the open-air marketplace on Saturdays, sales involved making change across currencies from Eastern Caribbean and US dollars.

    Moving back to the mainland in 2016, Laurie and Sam are blessed to have a daughter and son-in-law living nearby in Mt. Pleasant, SC. They have many dear family members still residing in Texas and the Lowcountry is a wonderful place for family to gather. Laurie has a keen appreciation for a minimalistic lifestyle and the colors and shapes from the garden have impacted Laurie’s sense of natural balances in nature that often carry into the interior and exterior environments of her clients, cultivating in her a unique eye useful in advising her listing clients with respect to the balance and staging of their homes for sale.
